Mindfulness-Based Therapy
“Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand, melting like a snowflake.”
- Francis Bacon -

Understanding Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) is a form of therapy that integrates principles of mindfulness into therapeutic practice. Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude. This therapeutic approach is designed to help individuals increase their awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, thereby promoting emotional regulation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
