Hello and Welcome, I’m John.
It is a privilege to support you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to fostering meaningful and lasting change through empathetic, individualized care. I believe that each person possesses inherent resilience and the capacity for transformation. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will navigate life’s challenges and work toward a more fulfilling, balanced, and authentic life.
Currently, I’m a Ph.D. Candidate in the Counselor Preparation and Research program at East Carolina University. I earned my Master of Science in Counselor Education in 2013, with a focus on Mental Health and higher education. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, trauma, career uncertainty, life transitions, and substance use—drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
Therapy through Arden Therapies reflects a shared commitment to well-being without financial barriers. If you're ready to begin or have questions about the process, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can co-create a path forward, rooted in trust, reflection, and personal growth.
